My Favorite Recipes

We have a tradition in our household.  Whenever I try a new dish, my husband rates it on a scale of 1 - 10, with 10 being the best.  Any recipe rating an 8 or above is made again at a future date. I try to 'tweak' any eights, trying to make them tens.
