Cookie Pizza

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/3 cup margarine or butter
• 1/3 cup shortening
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp. vanilla

Cream ingredients together until fully blended, then add:

• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup chocolate chips

Blend all ingredients together fully and press into a greased 9" x 11" pan.  Place into a 350 degree oven for 18 minutes.
When done, take out of the oven and immediately sprinkle on top:

• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts
• 1 cup mini marshmallows

Heat 1/3 cup caramel ice cream topping and drizzle on top of everything.  Place back into oven for 8 minutes.  Take out of oven and let completely cool before cutting into squares.
