Chocolate Frosting

This frosting is best when used on a 9 "x 13" cake that is to remain in the pan.

Ingredients:

Combine the milk, sugar, and butter and bring to a boil, stirring slowly. After it starts to boil, keep stirring for about one minute. Remove from the heat and add the chocolate chips, stirring until they are completely dissolved. Pour over the top of the cooled cake while the frosting is still warm. It will cool to a shiny, candy bar-like appearance.
