Chocolate Chip Cookies

 

Ingredients:

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together butter, sugars, eggs, vanilla. Add the flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Mix very well.
  3. Fold in oats and chocolate chips.
  4. If the dough is a little soft, let sit for a little while, giving the oats a chance to soak up some of the moisture.
  5. When the dough is sufficiently stiff, drop by rounded spoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
  6. Bake until lightly brown on the edges (about 10 minutes).
  7. Lay out paper towels on a table.
  8. As soon as the cookies are out of the oven, transfer them to the paper towels to cool.
