Sausage Creole
Ingredients:
Sauté sausage, onion, bell pepper, and celery until sausage is browned and vegetables are tender. Combine all the ingredients in a large saucepan, stir well, and bring to a boil. Cover and reduce the heat. Simmer until the liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let stand for about 5 minutes before serving. Serves six.
