Herb-Baked Chicken
This marinated chicken recipe is one of my favorites, passed on to me by my mom.
Ingredients:
Marinate chicken in mixture of salad oil, salt, garlic, pepper, oregano (or thyme), and cayenne several hours or overnight. Remove from marinade. Coat pieces with mixture of flour and paprika. Place in a single layer in a baking pan. Pour the marinade over the chicken. Bake at 425 degrees for 1 hour.
