Chocolate Ice Cream Cake

This cake is made in four layers.

Layer 1:

• 2 packages of Ritz (2 3/4 cup when crushed)
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 2 tblsp. powdered sugar
• 1 stick (1/2 cup) margarine

Crush the Ritz. Melt the margarine. Combine the Ritz and margarine with the cinnamon and powdered sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9" x 13" pan. Freeze until hard.

Layer 2:

• 2 cup milk
• 1/8 tsp. peppermint or mint extract
• 1/2 gallon chocolate ice cream
• 2- 3.9 oz packages of instant chocolate pudding

Set out ice cream until soft. Mix well with all ingredients, adding the chocolate pudding straight from the package. Pour on top of the Ritz crust.

Layer 3:

Spread 8 oz. of whip cream over ice cream mixture.

Layer 4:

Crush a large Butterfinger or any candy bar of preference and sprinkle over cake. Keep frozen until ready to serve.
