Skillet Fried Salmon

My husband paid me the highest compliment ever when he said this was the best salmon he has ever tasted! :o)

Ingredients:

Heat about 1/4 cup olive oil in skillet (cast iron if you have it). Cut the salmon into steak-like servings and place them into the hot oil. Sprinkle dried or fresh dill (about 1/4 tsp.) on each steak. Sprinkle on Cajun spice to taste on each steak. Fry until slightly brown and turn. Remove from skillet when second side becomes slightly brown and fish flakes easily.
